All Protectas jobs are advertised via our jobs page and applications should be made there.
Applications should include your CV. Some roles may ask for additional information with your application and this will be detailed in the application process. -

Indeed you can! We ask that you inform your recruiter(s) of your multiple applications when you are invited for interview.

Indeed you can! We’re keen to encourage applications in different departments and whilst one role may not have been perfect for you, we are hopeful that others will be.

Unfortunately, we do not give specific feedback at the shortlisting stage. We will provide feedback after the interview if you are unsuccessful.

In order to ensure that your application is considered promptly/fairly, we ask that you apply to specific jobs rather than speculatively sharing your CV.
However, there are some “talent pool” roles that we repetitively recruit for which are always open and available for you to apply for throughout the year roles that you can apply for in order to be considered for roles across Protectas.

Interview processes vary for each job, but is detailed above on the page (question 1).
Most jobs will consist of in person and virtual interviews and may also require assessments to be completed.

Each job offer will detail the qualifications and experience required, in order to be successful.

To qualify for sponsorship, a candidate must be offered a role which is eligible.
Please be clear with your application if you do require sponsorship to work in Switzerland.

All offers are subject to satisfactory completion of our background checking procedures (criminal and debt record check, references and qualification checks) as well as evidence of your right of work in Switzerland.

Yes! The industry offers a wide range of positions, from security-trained receptionists, static and mobile agents, on-site supervisors, team leaders, branch managers, sales roles, to all the support functions working “behind the scenes” such as HR, legal, IT, marketing communications, and finance.

Yes. From your arrival, you’ll receive job-specific training, particularly for protection officers and all security personnel. This initial training is called FoBa (Basic Training). We’ve created the Protectas Academy to ensure you’ll have the skills and knowledge you need to fulfill your role.
Through our e-learning platform, you can access a range of courses. We also offer continuous training with a buddy system, coaching, and even mentoring. For further questions about our training, please email: protectas.academy@protectas.com
