Who are you in a few words?

My name is Semir, and I’m passionate about cars and motorsport. I would describe myself as a loyal and humorous person, and I appreciate the small things in life.

What motivated you to work at Protectas?

The international presence offered by Protectas was the main reason for me to join the company as a sector manager.

Can you tell us about your role at Protectas?

I am the sector manager on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich. My duties are varied! They range from patrols and rounds to coordinating and overseeing security in the area, as well as managing my team.

My main goal is to ensure the safety of people and businesses while ensuring smooth operations during interventions.

What do you like about your job?

I’m passionate about actively contributing to the safety of citizens and infrastructures like businesses. Every day brings new challenges, and that’s what keeps it motivating.

What is your biggest challenge, and how do you handle it?

Making the right decisions quickly in critical situations involving people is a real challenge on a daily basis.

To maintain this analytical ability and be prepared for all possible scenarios, I clear my mind by regularly practicing my favorite hobbies.

Which value resonates with you the most and why?

Integrity, because it’s the foundation of trust. Without integrity, it would be impossible to work effectively with our clients or colleagues.

With mental strength and great self-confidence, anything is possible!
