Who are you in a few words?
My name is Giuseppe Ambrosio, I'm 26 years old. I grew up in Switzerland, but I have Italian roots. After completing my apprenticeship as an electrician, I started working at Nutz.com as a security technician. I joined Protectas in 2019.
What motivated you to work at Protectas?
What motivated me was the team itself and the opportunity to contribute to the management.
Can you tell us about your early days at Protectas?
I started as a technical sales representative, which was obviously very challenging because I had little experience in the security field and was still very young. However, I received a lot of support and learned every day, which allowed me to grow.
And now, what are you responsible for?
I am now a Technical Specialist, and my main responsibilities include:
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance at clients' sites.
- Technically fulfilling clients' requests and optimizing them if necessary.
- Providing technical support to our sales team.
What do you like about your job?
Facing new challenges every day, completing new projects, improving my know-how, interacting with clients, and delivering effective security solutions.
What is your biggest challenge, and how do you handle it?
With the significant strategic changes, we have challenging projects that involve new technologies and processes, but with the right team in place, anything is achievable.
Which value resonates with you the most and why?
Integrity, because it reflects your behavior, as well as the honesty and reliability of your actions. Helpfulness, because I enjoy helping others without expecting anything in return.
